I tried Papersowl for the first time, placing the order was simple. The form didn’t take too long, and I was able to add my instructions without any real hassle. I liked that the price showed up before I paid, too. It did take me a couple minutes to figure out a few of the options, so it wasn’t totally perfect, but overall, yeah, ordering was easy enough.

I tried to get an issue sorted with papersowl.com, but it felt like I was just going in circles. Support did reply, which I’ll give them, but the answers were mostly the same repeated lines and nothing actually got fixed. I kept records of everything and made sure not to let it slide, but in the end my complaint was closed and I was still left unhappy. Definitely not the kind of experience I expected.

For some reason, it arrived late and ended up throwing off my plans. I was counting on it to get here on time, so it was frustrating.

The prices were clear enough, which I appreciated. I kept expecting some random extra fee to pop up at the end, because that seems to happen everywhere now, but nope. It all felt fair, honestly...

I was relieved when I got the paper back because the writing was solid and it looked like real effort went into it. I tried papersowl.com for grammar and proofreading on a short essay I had to turn in. They did catch some of the obvious stuff, like commas and a couple spelling mistakes, which was helpful. But some of the clunky sentences were still sitting there afterward, and I noticed them right away when I reread it. Maybe I’m picky, but awkward wording bugs me the same way a squeaky chair does when you’re trying to focus.

For what I paid, I expected a bit more attention to detail. It wasn’t a disaster or anything, just kind of underwhelming. I still ended up going through the whole essay myself, which made the service feel less worth it. I guess it saved me a little time, but not enough that I’d be excited to use it again.

That kind of stressed me out, so I ended up rewriting most of it myself. Not terrible, but I wouldn’t rely on it without doing a lot of editing...

It felt like every time I reached out, I got sent in another support loop with more questions, more conditions, or another person telling me to wait. I get that companies need rules, but this felt way more complicated than it should be when you’re already unhappy with the service. In the end, it just didn’t feel fair or customer-friendly to me.

The formatting looked really good overall, and most of the citations were done right. There were just a few small mistakes that stood out. i’m partly blaming the person who handled the citations here because the rest of the work was clean, so those little errors felt avoidable.
